Take control of your career by running and growing your very own sales desk, with minimal supervision. You’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, running candidate searches, putting qualified candidates forward to clients, and closing placements successfully to optimise revenue for the business.
As a Senior Consultant you will actively seek out new business opportunities for Goodman Masson, and for the close-knit team. You will have the chance to build and nurture existing client relationships, attend external events and create networking opportunities. As Senior Consultant you will be able to utilise an expert understanding of your market enabling you to provide specialist advice to both candidates and clients.
You will be a role model to junior team members and will be your managers right-hand person, offering them additional support when needed.
