The Housing Development team at Goodman Masson is unique. The team is made up of four sector experts, who possess a wealth of knowledge of the Social Housing sector. They recruit across Housing with Local Authorities, Housing Associations, ALMOs and Private Developers, working with 80% of the G15, as well as lots of smaller Housing Associations and Local Authorities.

Jeanette Eccleston
Executive Consultant
Jeanette has supported RP’s and Local Authorities with interim/consultancy appointments since 2015, placing development and regeneration professionals (project manager level through to exec director level). She is extremely passionate about working with the public sector and has gained an excellent reputation with the relationships that she has built with clients and candidates across the sector. She will work closely with you as a team and organisation to fully understand your requirement needs. With a specialist focus on the development and regeneration sector, we bring in-depth industry knowledge and a network of exceptional candidates. Jeanette can support with recruitment from office level through to exec level – focussing on interim, consultancy or Statement of Works (SOW) placements
Jamie Fitch
Senior Consultant
Jamie has six years’ experience working within Housing and has worked with a large number of local authorities and housing associations throughout the UK. He spearheads our permanent development and regeneration offering, placing professionals into social housing and public sector environments across the UK.
Joe O’Dea
Senior Consultant
Since 2016 Joe has been recruiting into the public sector and has worked with a large number of local authorities and housing associations throughout the UK. Joe focusses on interim roles placing development, regeneration (project manager level through to exec director level) and Estate/Valuation Surveyor professionals into social housing and public sector environments.
